The next Nexus July 2014 could take a SoC Intel - HardZone.es

It seems that Asus

will remain the favorite candidate to make the Google Nexus July 2014 , as it has done since its first version. Given the pace of updates to this device by Google, we can expect that the next version of the Nexus 7 is available in the third quarter of 2014 , and this time has many ballots to keep SoC manufactured by Intel .

According to rumors, Asus use an Intel SoC Bay-Trail, possibly a Z3740 or Z3770, chips that are already familiar to the brand as they are the same ones used in their convertible tablets with Windows T-100. Anandtech has already done an extensive analysis of the Intel Z3770, and could see that pays exceptionally well in the CPU section, but still its power might not be enough for the next generation of tablets (remember we are talking about a device that would come to market, theoretically, within nine months).

Intel gets

agree with Asus, will be a breakthrough. With the Android version of 64-bit just around the corner, this would be the right time for Intel to enter the mobile industry once and for all, since we have not seen really important models with Intel processors in this sector , and considering the high turnover usually have the Nexus 7.
