guys paranoidandroid were the first to bring the Android 4.4 AOSP version of KitKat the rest of Nexus and even the Galaxy Nexus. But this is not here, they also began to work in your particular ROM, paranoidandroid 4.0 .

It is still in beta phase and each update aims to fix bugs to reach the stable version. Currently, its latest beta is updated to 4.4.2 , so you can see that developers do not stop Paranoid. If you want to install one of these ROMs paranoidandroid , be clear that it is a beta and contains bugs.

Nightly

AOKP on stage and updated to 4.4.2 KitKat

AOKP

AOKP developers think not lag behind in this race to see who throws before the stable Custom ROM based KitKat and move very fast. I already talked about how KitKat AOKP 4.4.2 Nightly entered phase and was available for some devices. So hopefully soon a stable version is released. The truth is that I want.

list of devices compatible with AOKP nightlies versions is not extensive but to the delight of many, not only including Google devices. You can access the download section of each device by tapping its codename.

OmniROM, a competitor in the shade with great force, also shows a KitKat versions 4.4.2

omnirom-logo

developers after OmniROM promised to bring a custom ROM complete and stable can do big competition to existing developers modified versions of Android .

far the results are good, offering good ROMs with very interesting features. But besides good ROMs, do not let one.

currently OmniROM developers are working on a 4.4.2 based KitKat version and the custom ROMs that are launching are nightlies versions . Definitely not stop working to bring us your custom ROM as current as possible. As for me, I appreciate it.

You can see the list is long enough to cover Terminal Market . No doubt that this is done to try to rise above other developers who do not have ROMs for many devices. In my opinion, I think if you have a good “product”, you have to give to your widest possible audience.

Pending stable versions

oppon1-cyanogen

most famous custom ROMs are going well. The fact that by now most have nightlies versions is great news. This means that developers have already created the cornerstones and now are looking for polishing correcting faults that arise up to the stable.

I think in early 2014 and will enjoy some other stable version but that all depends on the work performed by developers. I hope my hunch is true because the truth, can not wait to try some of these ROMs.

And you, guys excited for stable releases out or already have installed a nightly version?, comentad below.
