Android 4.2.2

UPDATE : As well we indicáis, we refer to the update 4.4.2 and not the 4.2.2 that was originally indicated. We apologize for the confusion and thanks to all of you who have warned us.

Google Android 4.4.1

made available to users of various members of the Nexus family last week, but that version has already become old: the developers of this company have posted pictures of the factory Android 4.4.2 to the Nexus family as well as the source code of AOSP on the same version.

In this version there is a fundamental change: the vulnerability correction which affected the Nexus devices and that was the way in which they managed messages Text Class 0 .

There are some more small improvements affecting other sections, but that patch the vulnerability SMS allowing perform denial of service through these messages is particularly significant for owners of Nexus devices.

images are already available on the Google web developer, in the section on their Nexus devices. Install them manually, though, involves delete our data of the terminal, as it will be factory-fresh.
