Next Nexus Huawei would be powered by SoC Kirin 930 – PoderPDA

There have been many rumors that the next member of the Nexus of Google family would be manufactured by Huawei , one of China’s leading manufacturers companies smartphones, although it is a somewhat strange by the great seeker movement. However, if we stop to think is an important step because relatively little access to the smartphone of the West are in Chinese territory, the main market of Huawei. Whatever the case, the new rumor today has to do with the processor promoting this new Nexus, which abandon Qualcomm and embrace a HISILICON .

HISILICON is the largest semiconductor manufacturer in China, and how could it be otherwise way, is owned by Huawei, so make much sense this decision. The chipset that would be used is the Kirin 930 , octa-core SoC in accordance Big.little manufactured with 16nm process with support for 64-bit architectures.

As the Kirin 930 the cream within the chipsets that HISILICON can offer, their inclusion is also expected in the new flagship of the firm, the Huawei P8 whose presentation is expected in little over a month. At the moment, this information should be taken with care, as long as no official statement from either of the two companies involved, is a mere rumor.
