Next Nexus could be developed by Huawei – Informador.com.mx

BEIJING, CHINA (06 / MAR / 2015) .- Google might be considering the company Huawei to manufacture the next Nexus device, or at least mentioned Kevin Yang, director of China research at iSuppli.

Yang said through his account on Weibo (Chinese Twitter) that the companies have signed to perform this collaboration. If true, this would be the first Chinese company responsible for manufacturing a smartphone or tablet Nexus (Samsung, HTC and LG have made Nexus models above).

The latest model the smartphone was manufactured by Motorola, now owned by Lenovo, another Chinese company.

In an interview with The Verge in the Mobile Worl Congress to CEO of Huawei, Richard Yu said they hope to work with Google to expand its presence in the US market. If collaboration between Google and Huawei is confirmed, it could be that big step into the field of high-end phones
