A few days ago the possibility to officially rooting the Nexus 9 and now it is the first phablet of Google – Motorola-manufactured by. The charge has been Chainfire, has released the latest version of SuperSU to rootear quickly and easily the Nexus 6.
To root Nexus 6 to simply download the SuperSU file from its official website and flash it via a custom recovery like TWPR. TeamWin Recovery Project already has a version 2.8. 2.0 compatible with the Nexus 6 on its website. 
So first install the TWRP recovery 2.8.2.0, this requires unlock the bootloader and flash the .img file in fastboot. When we have it, simply enter the recovery and flash the .zip file SuperSU.
Usually, the Nexus 6 and Android 5.0 rooted and Lollipop is given the go-ahead for installing ROMs, Mods, kernels and all apps that require type superuser as Titanium Backup or any file explorer that allows to reach the root and system folders.
