During the month of July 2013 was presented Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and also began to comment that Google would get a new version of the Nexus tablet 10 which would be made along with the partnership with Samsung, but then there were other rumors saying that the manufacturer would be Asus.

Like the new smartphone from Google, the Nexus 5, 10 the new Nexus has appeared, leaks and other errors that cause noise in the community believe that is waiting for new devices. Some of these rumors and images have been told they are completely false, but we can not know for sure but until Google officially present the new version of its 10-inch tablet. Let’s see what we know about it, in preparation for the event from Google that may happen tomorrow, October 31.

Specifications

Nexus 10 also had a debut in the Play Store that looks like a “mistake”, but that is another way to create curiosity and rumors to keep users on the lookout. During the short appearance in the Android store could see what it would, presumably, the characteristics of the second generation of Nexus 10 . The list it below.

    • will have a Gorilla Glass screen 3 to 10 inches, with resolution of 2560×1600 and 300 dpi.
    • be a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 800.
    • will have 3GB of RAM, although it has been mentioned that it might be 2GB.
    • Its internal memory is 32GB, although there may be several versions.
    • will weigh 584 grams and its dimensions are 258.9×172.6×7.9 millimeters.
    • come with two cameras, one front and one rear. The first is 8 megapixels and the second of 2.1 megapixels.
    • Obviously
    • have the new version of Android 4.4 KitKat .
    • connect to Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n /, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC.

With these features are noticed interesting things, for example, would have the same processor as the Nexus 5, what would very powerful. On the other hand, it would be a good idea to have a single 32GB version, especially since Google never bring devices miniSD space and 64GB versions to offer for 128GB would be excellent.

    Nexus 10 window

As compared with the new iPad Air, which is the same size, we can realize that the Nexus 10 might come after him with regard to the design because will be heavier and less thin . However, if you really are these characteristics, there are things that earns them such as cameras or resolution. As always, it is a matter of taste.

also leaked a photograph showing a large change in the physical design of the Nexus 10 now would be more like a larger Nexus 7 .

    Price and Availability

In July it was announced the new Nexus 7 and, strangely, nothing was heard of the 10-inch version of the tablet from Google, the Nexus 10. We do not know if it was a manufacturing delay or strategy that could compete with the new generation of iPads.

Months passed and in September it was confirmed that would make a new version of Android, the 4.4 and be called KitKat , which was a complete surprise because it was thought that name would “Key Lime Pie” and it would be a major upgrade, jumping up to version 5.0 or even 6.0.

    Follow

spending time and we’re all still waiting for the actual appearance and confirmed the Nexus Nexus 5 to 10. The 10-inch tablet should go next to the smartphone during the presentation that supposedly held tomorrow, if you believe in the rule that exactly one year wait for the launch of the new generations of both devices .

    About the price

not know much either, but if taken as a guide slight increase in cost of the Nexus 7 launched in July, which cost 200 in its first generation and now costs $ 229, it is possible that the Nexus 10 also some price rise compared to last year’s version did not sell as much as they wanted. This means that the Nexus 10 of 2013 would cost about $ 399.
