Android Google prepares a console, a Nexus Q2 and a watch ... - Gizmodo

machinery seems that Google’s world domination does not stop and do not stop creating new things, even when one of them has been an absolute failure. According to a report in the WSJ, soon could see a Android console (which sounded like possible for I / O), intelligent clock and a replacement for the Nexus Q.

Android console

All this hardware seems to be brewing and that currently would be alone in the development phase . Then would touch every phase of marketing and promotion but we could expect to see one of these products fall . Let’s start with the most attractive. The Android console that seems to come or stand up to the Ouya or support it, depending on how you want to see.

From my point of view this would console to do the same who have made the Nexus . They start out with Android and Google consoles, to demonstrate how joint software and hardware in a product in this category, launches its version, to legitimize all the others that come from other manufacturers. This should help developers invest more resources in making games and consoles that are most relevant to Android.

The second output would

intelligent clock which would do the same. Support Sony and manufacturers who have made yours with Android. Here I am a little skeptical because although I see as the theme of the console can be well executed, I see Android as a clock can run or bring something better than what Sony introduced this week.

Lastly

replacement would have the Nexus Q , a product that has been an abject failure and that has not even reached market. I hope that all this time that Google has served to set the operation as it is something that has great potential.

Another issue would be the price to confirm, because as we saw with the Nexus, to legitimize a platform Google puts the price of products with a very aggressive margin, which would became popular. We’ll see this fall if there are any surprises.
