Last week we talked about the release of the LG Optimus G2 after reports that this would become effective after August 20. At the same time we find out a release date for the Nexus speculated 5 , which aimed to October 5. What we had not heard about, however, was that the long awaited smartphone Nexus 5 could be a variant of the LG Optimus G2.

Nexus 5 with Android 5.0 is being planned as well as we have said for the month of October, to mark the fifth anniversary of the Android mobile operating platform. The specifications for this rumored Nexus 5 are the same as those we have heard above for G2 Optimus. This would have a powerful processor quad-core Snapdragon 800 able to work at a clock rate of 2.3 GHz, 5.2-inch display with Full HD resolution, 2 or 3 GB of RAM, and 32, 64, 128, 256 GB of internal storage.

It is also likely that we are facing a 13-megapixel rear camera and a battery capacity of 2700 milliamps. Although as obviously the main attraction for many Android enthusiasts will be adding the 5.0 version. Recent reports claim that this Nexus 5 could be the first handset to feature the new Android 5.0 version in her womb, but yes, this would first under a beta.

Returning to Key Lime Pie, but recently it was speculated that it would be compatible with the lower-level hardware and suitable for devices with an amount of 512 MB of RAM. However, this latest report seems to deny that, saying the amount of RAM to make this possible will be quite high. An Android developer said that Android 5.0 is more likely to be compatible only with phones that have at least one dual-core processor and 2 GB of RAM.

It certainly appears that there are interesting times ahead for fans operating system Google and this leads devices, especially with the evolution of Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie. Hopefully this latest information on the Nexus 5 with Android 5.0 is accurate, and in fact we see the expected release next October.
